Returns Policy

Faulty or Damaged goods

If an item is or appears to be faulty or damaged on receipt please notify us immediately by email. If the item requires returning to us we will issue a reference number which should accompany the item. On your receipt of this number the item should be returned to us within 7 days. You are responsible for returning the item so we would recommend that a recorded and insured delivery service is used.

After examination, If the item is faulty we will either replace where possible or refund if not.
