Faulty or Damaged goods
If an item is or appears to be faulty or damaged on receipt please mark on the transport company's paperwork 'damaged' and notify us immediately by email. If the item requires returning to us we will issue a reference number which should accompany the item. On your receipt of this number the item should be returned to us within 7 days. You are responsible for returning the item so we would recommend that a recorded and insured delivery service is used.
After examination, If the item is faulty we will either replace where possible or refund if not.
Please ensure that the consignment is undamaged prior to accepting delivery. Any claims for damage caused during transport will not be accepted unless signed for as being 'damaged' at the time of receipt. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of delivery, it is assumed that all goods are received by the customer in good condition.
Cancellation
Cancellations will only be accepted within 7 days of placing an order. Once an order has been delivered, a re-stocking charge may apply to any returned goods. Any delivery costs incurred by us will not be refunded. You are responsible for returning the item so we would recommend that a recorded and insured delivery service is used.
Special Orders
Unless faulty, any made to measure items, or goods manufactured at the Customer's request will not be eligible for return or refund.
