All goods are dispatched within 3-5 WORKING days from receipt of cleared funds. Should we encounter a problem we will always contact the buyer. Small items may be sent via 1st class postage/parcel service and a signature may be required upon receipt. Larger/Heavier items are sent via Overnight Courier Service again you will be asked to sign.
